I ran a full 2 miles yesterday without stopping for a walk. It took me 20mins to make the run, so it was more of a jog. Those that know me know that I am already svelte, but this running isn’t to lose weight. It’s to get ready for a zombie apocalypse. Cardio is very important when fighting hordes of the undead, though if the bastards are runners I don’t think any amount of cardio is going to help. They would seemingly be able to keep running since zombies don’t know fatigue. Us humans on the other hand, even our fittest would have to slow down eventually. Just something to think about the next time you are sitting on your couch.
The monkeys escape and I can’t wait to see what trouble they get into.
